Special Occasion Cake & Cupcake Order Form

We greatly appreciate 7 days advance notice for all orders, if possible. A 50% deposit will be required to reserve your order. Final Payment is due 1 week prior to the event date.  Unpaid orders will forfeit the cake deposit, and the order will not be made.
